PoolMaker™ and PoolManager™ are specialty Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) systems. Following stringent CMHC regulations, PoolMaker and PoolManager provide a solution for optimizing, managing and reporting on mortgage pools.


GPG’s MBS System is a product unique in the industry. Integrating with any mortgage system, the two modules effectively administer both NHA and non-NHA pools.


PoolMaker

PoolMaker simplifies the mortgage selection process for Mortgage Backed Securities by identifying pools according to user-defined criteria and federal regulations. By presenting only valid pools, PoolMaker allows you to optimize complex pools of mortgages in coordination with specific organizational goals.

PoolManager

PoolManager manages existing pools by offering electronic file loads (transactions, liquidations, principal reductions) as well as manual transactions, liquidations and replacements. A full history of each mortgage and pool as a whole is retained within PoolManager. Standard regulatory reports and electronic extracts simplify the monthly reporting process.

  • Automated posting of CMHC payments.
  • Standard monthly reports (including CMHC's 2840, 2824 and 2842 reports).
  • Required electronic data files (e.g. CMHC, Smart Trust, etc.).

  • Load transactions and changes to mortgage terms directly from a core system.
