Client Support, Implementation and Training
Specialist
|
The training specialist will be responsible for working with project managers
at our clients’ sites to schedule implementation, conversion and training.
Training specialists work with new clients throughout their implementation and
training.
|
Other responsibilities:
-
Provide training to clients in the use of our software
-
Work with clients to evaluate their current processes and optimize system
integration
-
Provide pre- and post installation support and act as an ongoing customer
contact for subsequent application-related questions
-
Maintain and evaluate existing training materials
-
Work with QA and development staff to identify areas for future development
-
Provide pre-sales support to sales staff as required
|
Requirements:
-
Excellent customer service skills
-
Strong public speaking skills
-
Ability to break down complex technical ideas into an easily understandable
form for technical and non-technical people
-
Maintain and evaluate existing training materials
-
Demonstrated training experience with both Windows-based and web-based
applications
-
Strong project management skills
-
Ability and willingness to travel.

Account Manager - Full-Time
|
An integral part of the sales and marketing department, the account manager is
responsible for driving new leads through the sales process. Relying heavily on
telephone and email communications with senior level bank and credit union
management, you must have excellent communication and presentation skills and a
minimum of one year’s related sales experience, preferably in the software and
technology field. A relevant post-secondary education will be considered an
asset.

Sales Assistant - Part-Time
|
Working directly with the sales team, you will be responsible for managing
client contact information within a sales database. This part-time position
offers flexible hours during the normal business day. To be successful you must
be detail-oriented, have a good phone manner and possess a good knowledge of
email and the Internet.
